Reading Haruki Murakami’s Norwegian Wood.
Got through Delirium and then Divergent in one weekend (the Easter weekend).
Still reading A Feast for Crows. This book is so slow…
Finished reading The Woman in Black today. It was a chiller but at the same time, maybe not the greatest Victorian style ghost story I’ve ever read. Last year I read Mary Reilly by Valerie Martin and I would say that is better if you want something scarier. Having said that, I enjoyed The Woman in Black, its worth a read.
Planning the week’s meals via Nigella’s Kitchen and Sainsbury’s online shopping. Planned to buy from Tesco but the delivery slots were all taken up til Friday! Also, had trouble locating an ingredient in Sainsburys so will have to go to Waitrose to buy it. Blah. I thought supermarkets were meant to be value for money and also have ALL the stuff you need. I still like the whole planning meals thing though, takes the hassle out of it all.
From Geek Wisdom by Stephen H. Segal. Reading in bed at 3am, oops.
The Good Fairies of New York and New York Mug (from Starbucks in New York for real, in 2005!) with hot chocolate.
Cooking on a budget even tho I’m not a student anymore. This is an excellent cookbook by the way!
Reading The Good Fairies of New York by Martin Millar at the moment.
